The idea of Bravos Frozen Custard was conceived on a trip to Virginia
Beach in 1994. It was in October and the weather was so much better
then Wisconsin, our home town. Also the ocean front looked like a
great place to introduce frozen custard to Virginia Beach. A year and
half later we purchase a turnkey ice cream/food business and Bravos
was born.
Six years later we decided that this was our home now and we needed to
build our business and opened at the Timberlake Shopping, Holland and
South Plaza Trail. Location, location, location is key to good
business and Timberlake was not the right spot. We took a year off,
much to the disapointment of our loyal customers, and relocated to the
Rosemont Center. We are very happy at this location and so our old
and new customers.
